Help please - Testors Dullcote left a snow white finish : r

Need help please. I painted this mimic, then sprayed it with the Army Painter anti-shine matte varnish. Instead of a clear coating, I ended up with this frosted mess. Is it salvageable? If so, how? If not, any tips for stripping would be appreciated. Thanks y'all. : r
