Answer (1 of 2): i don’t recommend using duct tape. it doesn’t have the elasticity you need to keep your chest flattened and secure (at least in my experience) but in general it just isn’t safe. the two that i’m aware of and have used are KT tape or Trans tape. i prefer KT tape and at first i did
