Important notice:  Removing the trigger guard pin spring, which is required to remove the hammer for either the hammer installation or the carrier installation, can be very difficult and the job can be very stressful on even the strongest snap ring pliers.   These snap ring pliers are amazingly strong and capable of doing the job, however, because this job is stressful on even the strongest pliers and because completing the job often requires extreme downward pressure on the tips of these pliers, FFT is not providing any extra warranty on these pliers or any warranty at all - all warranties or claims made due to these pliers
