FIRELINE: This is a microfused, braided bead thread consisting of Dyneema, a gel-spun polyethylene which is known as the strongest fiber, per diameter, ever created. It has an unbelievably high tensile strength and has been recommended in numerous how-to articles on beadworking. DETAILS: Made in the USA, our Fireline is 6lb. test and comes in a smoke grey color. The cord measures .006” (.15mm) in diameter. The 50 yards are wound on a spool that is secured with a clear plastic clip.
