Yasutomo Arakita is a second-year student at Yonan University and a member of Yonan University Bicycle Racing Club. During his high school, he was a student of Hakone Academy and was a member of the Hakone Academy Bicycle Racing Club, which he served as Juichi Fukutomi's assist in races.
