Indispensable shop tool in a quality item that comes from the Good Ol USA, Wiss Inlaid No. 22 industrial grade scissors. These are identified as Bent Handled Trimmers used by upholsterers or tailors. They have jappaned handles. They are well used but still useful. Probably a tad unwieldy for delicate hands. There are no nicks on the cutting blades which have been professionally sharpened, they were this way when found, the cut is 6" with an overall length of 12"
