Antique Victorian Edwardian Chinese Hand Painted Silk Fluffy Ostrich Marabou Feather Court Fan Eventail

Beautiful antique feather and silk court fan dating from the late Victorian era to the Edwardian era. Made up of gold painted wooden sticks with silver cornucopia accents, a cream silk leaf and marabou ostrich feathers. The matte metallic gold sticks are accented with silvery colored decorations of a flourishing cornucopia motif. The silk leaf is hand painted with a delicate scene of birds in flight amongst flowers. The fluffy marabou feathers make this a delight to use.

This would make a great accompaniment to your burlesque performance, a sensual accessory in your boudoir or as a feminine display on your vanity. The fan measures 15 long x just over 21 wide when fully opened. It displays general wear from age and storage.
