Super simple, and easy way to turn tissue paper into 3 different types of confetti!\r\nI love confetti at parties, but I don't want to spend any extra money on buying it. I figured out a super simple way to make confetti with just scraps of tissue paper. I came up with 3 different types of confetti: square, party hat (or triangle), and sprinkle. I think this is an awesome way to make confetti for any party. It is also great for graduations so you can make confetti to match the school colors.
