How to use: Melt your cocoa butter or white chocolate to 35C, add the Titanium Dioxide and mix well together. Only a small amount is needed to reach the desired effect. For 200g of chocolate, you would need around 5-6g. To make 24 macaroons you would need 3-4 g. To use in icing or sugar stir into mix whilst heating and use 4-6g.
Storage Conditions: Store in dry, cool conditions out of direct sunlight. Use within 6 months of opening.
