Provençal Stuffed Apricot & Goat's Cheese Salad with Edible Flowers - Lavender and Lovage

This salad is based on a dish I enjoyed in Provence, where fresh apricots were stuffed with cream cheese, almonds, sultanas, blanched nettles, herbs and Picodon.
