Make your cutlery shine like a diamond with this Campus Products CDM-6K Silvershine cutlery dryer / polisher machine. It processes up to 6,000 pieces of cutlery per hour, sanitizing and polishing spoons, knives, forks, and servingware. A UV-C germicidal lamp with automatic shut-off combines with an average heat between 150 and 170 degrees Fahrenheit to sanitize the cutlery, while vegetable granulate smooths off residue, spots, and other unsightly marks for a bright, vibrant shine. This process helps maintain new cutlery's sparkle and even restore old cutlery's luster. A 20 lb. tub of granulate is included and should be replaced approximately 4 times per year. This machine feeds cutlery in through its wide intake hopper and moves it along the steel vibration grid. Polished product exits out of the discharge chute and drops into the provided drain basket. Made entirely of stainless steel, the unit is built to last in demanding commercial kitchens, providing years of use and polishing convenience. It even includes a polished finish and a steel frame with sub frame for added appeal and structural support. Operation is made easy with 4 buttons and a safety shut-off. Plus, the unit is designed to operate quietly and without vibrating, so as to not disrupt nearby tasks. A set of 4 heavy-duty casters are included, 2 of which feature locks to secure the unit in place during use.
