The Samurai Boss is the boss of Episode 2 and the second boss overall, appearing in level 30. This boss appears as a large Box similar to the Ninja Box found in the same episode, though with a blue bandana. They're larger than the boss for the previous episode and the boss of Episode 4. Phase 1: The boss stomps and summons a sawblade, then becomes vulnerable. They then charge to the other side of the screen and do the same. After being hit once, they'll summon 2 saws.
