This cover comes with a layer of cotton batting sewn right in! And with a strong elastic cord drawstring all around the outside edge, this padded cover is SUPER EASY to put on your existing board. The cover will arrive with the elastic already sized to fit your board--just put the cover on your board and you are good to go! Trust me, you'll love it. And if you want an even snugger fit on your board, simply remove the cover, tighten the elastic drawstring, tie a new knot, and replace it on your board. Measuring your board: Measure the board from top to bottom and from side to side. Do not measure the actual size of your current cover; I will make your cover large enough to wrap around and beneath your ironing board. Returns/Exchanges: Since all of my ironing board covers are made to order, I do not accept returns or exchanges unless I have made an error. Please select carefully and measure your board if in any doubt about ordering the correct size. I’m also happy to send you a snippet of fabric if you’d like to see the colors in person. Care Instructions: Spot clean or hand wash only. Although the fabrics I use are color fast, very infrequently the bright and solid colors can run.
