Clear General Purpose Polycarbonate Solid Sheet with a thickness of 3mm (0.118"). Not UV Protected, Clear Polycarbonate Sheets are virtually unbreakable. With high impact strength, they are about one third lighter than Plexiglass and about one sixth the weight of glass. Great choice for security protection and internal glazing projects.

Our Polycarbonate Solid Sheets are made in WI, by GallinaUSA under the brand Scudo®. Polycarbonate solid sheets are also known by the trade names of Lexan®, Tuffak®, and Makrolon®. Polycarbonate Solid Sheets are made with Lexan resin. It is more shatter-resistant than acrylic but it is more expensive and it tends to yellow with prolonged exposure to sunlight when not UV protected. It is also much more easily scratched. Our solid sheet material is incredibly tough and adsorbs little to no moisture. This makes it resistant to impact damage and water damage. It is also flame retardant and chemical resistant. Polycarbonate solid sheet is durable, transparent and sanitary.
