Personalized Ribbon Height Ornament is a great way to mark your little one’s height each year because kids grow so fast!  As you add one each year you will be able to look back at how much they’ve grown!    I also have a Snowman version and plan on offering additional designs each year so you can keep adding to the collection without them all being the same.  You will be provided with a 5 foot piece of ribbon for you to measure your child with. Cut it to the desired length and wrap it around ornament for a treasured keepsake.  ***If longer ribbon needed, PLEASE leave a note at checkout! **** This item is made from 1/8 inch whiteboard and measures approximately 4 x 3.5.  Backside is solid black.  PERSONALIZATION OPTIONS: You can order this with or without their names laser engraved onto the ornament.  If you choose to not have their names engraved into the wood, there will still be white space on bottom for you to handwrite their name and/or age at bottom. Or have the child write their own name so you can also see how their handwriting changes over the years.  TIPS:  A fine tip permanent marker/sharpie works best. Because this ornament is made of whiteboard, you will be able to clean the permanent marker off if a mistake is made. Best cleaner I found to remove the marker is LA Totally Awesome from the Dollar Tree store.  Windex does NOT remove the marker well.  So if you want to have the child write their own name come prepared with the correct cleaner.  There may be other cleaners that work, but I have not tested them all.  Testing was done within 2-3 minutes after ornament was written on.  Please Note: The string/ribbon color will vary based on current availability. Engraving Color Variations: Our ornaments are engraved using a strong laser. Through the burning process, the coloration of the end engraving will vary depending on the particular board and how it reacts to the laser.
