The Last Eisenhower Dollar was minted in 1978 and depicts Dwight D. Eisenhower on the obverse and the Apollo 11 moon landing on the reverse. The Eisenhower Dollar is composed of copper-nickel clad making it resistant to wear. Anthony Dollar was also made of a copper-nickel clad. It was first minted in 1979 and resembles the quarter in size. Anthony Dollar is the first US dollar to portray a non-fictitious woman on a circulated coin.
