DO NOT pull, stretch or roll while removing your item from from the mold. This will cause ripping and tearing. Mold release might be needed with some products that you use. Know your products, and research before use. Silicone Molds are NOT indestructible and should be handled with care for many uses. I don't refund or replace molds that are damaged due to negligence! 😪😪😪 ❣️ I use a two part silicone mold product that is food safe, and can be used in the oven up to 395°F / 200°C ✅You should add insurance to your package. Your package will be sent first class with a tracking number. Insurance is good in case of postal loss, postal fraud, lost and stolen package. I am NOT responsible for the package after its been mailed out. Concerns about your package arriving? .. Like you, I can only see online what it says on the USPS tracking info.
