This darning kit can be used to help you mend holes in damaged clothing and includes a card with darning instructions to help you get started. A mix of woollen and cotton yarns, both can be used to mend clothing or textiles made from different materials, including cotton, wool and linen. This kit includes: - 4 x Darning needles (in a range of sizes), 1 x Woollen Yarn and 4 x Cotton Yarns (10 metres of each colour), Darning information and instruction card Yarns included in the first kit option (shown in photos 1 & 2) are 10 metres of: - 1 x 4 ply 100% Merino wool in Violet (this yarn is delicate so some splitting of the yarn may occur naturally), 1 x 2 ply 100% Cotton in Ice Blue, 1 x 2 ply 100% Egyptian Combed Cotton in Bright Green, 1 x 2 ply Cotton in Green Chartreuse, 1 x 4 Ply 100% Cotton in Beige Pink Yarns included in the second kit option (shown in photos 4 - 6) are 10 metres of: - 1 x 4 ply 100% Merino wool in Violet (this yarn is delicate so some splitting of the yarn may occur naturally), 1 x 2 ply 100% Cotton in Ice Blue, 1 x 2 ply 100% Egyptian Combed Cotton in Bright Green, 1 x 2 ply Cotton in Green Chartreuse, 1 x 2 ply Twisted Cotton in Baby Pink All yarns included in the kit are sourced sustainably from fashion industry waste, needles included in the pack are brand new from British brand John James needles.
