As the Brand Development Manager at The Rag Company (TRC), I leverage my sales and personal relationship background and my 20+ years of experience as a certified automotive detailer to create and execute brand awareness programs, direct sales strategies, and business planning initiatives. I also am part of the TRC Media Team, producing and hosting several popular podcasts and shows that educate and entertain the global detailing community.
I am passionate about advancing the automotive detailing industry, not only through my work at TRC, but also through my involvement with the International Detailing Association (IDA), where I serve as the Chair of the Certification Committee and as a Recognized Independent Trainer. I have trained and certified hundreds of detailers worldwide, sharing my knowledge and skills with them.
