Locking up the refrigerator and pantry!

Nighttime munchies are my enemy and my downfall.  When I struggle to fall asleep I eat.  Intervention.lock up the food.  My family locks me out of my area of weakness.  The earlier they lock up the food, the better for my weight loss plan.  This is drastic but necessary.
