Learn to Spin (Wheel) – Fiber Circle Studio

Do you have a wheel, but no clue how to use it, or perhaps need a fresher? Or maybe you've learned to drop spin and are ready to try a wheel!  In this 2.5 hour class, students will learn the different parts of the wheel, maintenance, and get to spin a single ply yarn. If time allows, students who are ready will learn how to ply.
This is a 1 session in-person workshop. DATES/TIMES Saturday, April 6, 2024; 11:00am - 1:30pm COST $85 (bring your own wheel); $105 (with wheel rental) LEVEL Beginner -recommended to have drop spindle experience, but not required. MATERIALS Students may bring their own wheel, rent or purchase one! Class includes 2.5oz of wool fiber. DETAILS Do you have a wheel, but no clue how to use it, or perhaps need a fresher?
