The ergonomic 5.5 mm Lavor punch needle features a wider, larger handle which some may find more comfortable to punch with. Use this punch needle with chunky rug yarn and monks cloth for your durable punch needle projects. Perfect for complete beginners and those new to punch needle. Boxed with a plastic threader.
The ergonomic Lavor punch needle features a wider, larger handle which some may find more comfortable to punch with. Similarly to the 4 mm and 5.5 mm Lavor punch needles, this needle is also adjustable allowing you to create lots of texture with just one needle. The punch needle has seven different settings, each one creates a different loop height. If you would like to create projects using a chunky yarn (like the 100% wool rug yarn) this is the punch needle to use. The punch needle uses bulky (5) weight (such as thick, chunky) and some super bulky (6) yarn (like super chunky). For making durable projects I would recommend using with 100% rug yarn and monks cloth. The fabric needs to be a loose weave to allow the punch needle to move through it, a tighter weave will be difficult to punch and could result in holes in the fabric. This punch needle differs to the other Lavor punch needles as it comes boxed and with a plastic threader. The plastic threader is easier to use than the metal threaders and will last longer. You can also purchase additional plastic threaders to use with your other 4 mm and 5.5 mm adjustable Lavor punch needles.
