NWT Speedball is the renowned name in printmaking supplies. remember doing a linoleum cut in school? its fun! printmaking is great. I'm sure you can print this ink on paper too- if you like- but its designed to be printed on fabrics. you can mix it with other colors, or use it as straight black, following directions on the tube or on speedball website. I'm sure there are tones of tube videos on block printing- on clothing.
