Pale ruby colored, the Sand de Pigeon presents a beautiful nose of warm raspberries, kirsch and potpourri with whiffs or underbrush. Light-bodied and wonderfully elegant yet vibrantly fruited in the mouth, it has silken texture and refreshing backbone acidity before finishing with a great persistence of earth and herbs.
