Clearance Celebrity Gold Tone Leaf Brooch, Navy Blue Rhinestones L333

This brooch presents a rare blue Namibian pietersite cabochon in a completely hand crafted brass bezel cup. It lies nestled amidst 5 individually forged arcs. These graceful arched bars with flailed ends were inspired by Japanese Characters otherwise known as Kenji. Each arc was first cut from very thick brass bars, then heated and hammered at multiple times until it reached its final shape. a fibula style pin was tapered in the forges and bent with specialty pliers to suit the design.
