The Free Motion Glider is a Teflon sheet designed to make your quilts easier move on your home sewing machine or sit-down longarm. The surface of the Free Motion Glider is slippery and this helps your quilts glide easily over your machine bed, with less strain on your hands and arms.

The bottom side of the Free Motion Glider grips your machine without leaving a sticky residue. Of course, the Glider will work best if your machine is set up in a flatbed sewing table.

Note: It is highly advisable to tape down the corners of the Free Motion Glider to your machine bed, especially when quilting bigger quilts. This is a very delicate tool and it is easy to stitch through it by accident.
