FireLine Braided Bead Thread - 8 lb - Crystal

FIRELINE: This is a microfused, braided bead thread consisting of Dyneema, a gel-spun polyethylene which is known as the strongest fiber, per diameter, ever created. It has an unbelievably high tensile strength and has been recommended in numerous how-to articles on beadworking. DETAILS: Made in the USA, our Fireline is 6lb. test and comes in a smoke grey color. The cord measures .006” (.15mm) in diameter. The 50 yards are wound on a spool that is secured with a clear plastic clip.

This 0.15mm Smoke thread is the perfect stringing material for working with heavy or sharp edged beads such as Miyuki Delicas or rough cut semi-precious beads. The pre-waxed, high strength thread is flexible enough to knot easy but not stretch, great for creating durable bracelets and necklaces.
