An easy and efficient way to flare your eyelets. For 1/4" and 3/16" eyelets only. Made from stainless steel. The C shaped guide has holes for optional mounting to your work table. HOW TO USE: 1) Put the round setter in the large hole inside the guide. It should fit without moving around. 2) Place your eyelet on the setter 3) Push your leather or Kydex over the eyelet, through the hole you have already drilled through your material 4) Thread the die through the other large hole on the top, and rest it on the post of the eyelet 5) Using a hammer or mallet, gently tap the die until the eyelet flares The 1/4" die works best on Kydex that is 0.080" or 0.090" thick, up to two sheets. Also works for 8-9oz full grain leather (one layer works best) and 6-7oz. full grain leather (two layers works fine). The 3/16" die works best on Kydex that is 0.060" thick, up to two sheets. Can work for 6-7oz. full grain leather as well, but one layer works best.
