A delightful thatched cottage tucked behind a stone wall, an apple tree filled with juicy red ripe embroidered apples, a sweet black Labrador named George and a little gray donkey.

‘George and The Donkey’ is a seven part pattern set with techniques that include applique, embroidery, simple piecing, Suffolk puffs (yoyo’s), wool applique and EPP (English Paper Piecing).  Pattern names are George and the Donkey, Garden of Flowers, The Honey Patch, Fields of Horses, Baa Baa Black Sheep,  All a Flutter, and Rise and Shine.

This kit includes 35 different cottons and 3 pieces of wool that Lynette has recommended for the quilt.
