Product DetailsProvides a beautiful aged or modern crackled effect in one easy step. Apply as a topcoat over a dry painted surface. The thickness of the application can control the crackle effect. A thin to medium application will produce smaller cracks. A heavy application will create larger cracks. As One Step Crackle dries clear in 2 to 4 hours, cracks will appear. To make the crackle effect more prominent, antique the dry crackled surface with an acrylic paint color.
