Semperfli Classic Waxed Thread — DRAGONtail Tenkara
A single core, classic polyester thread designed specifically for fly tyers. With 8/0 & 6/0 traditionally used by fly tyers and a 12/0 targeted for smaller dry flies and Euro nymphs. With the 3 sizes these threads & lightly pre-waxed will appeal to fly tyers world-wide. Laying flatter than other threads this makes Classic Waxed Thread better for bodies, will grip materials more with flatter profile and also tie off better. As a polyester thread it has approx. 20% stretch.
Nano Silk is regarded as the tying thread of choice of professional fly tyers worldwide. Being so super strong and available in such a variety of colors and deniers it has endless possibilities and can be used for micro flies to large flies. Virtually unbreakable and still capable of being split down for dubbing loops. There is no fly tying thread as strong as Nano Silk anywhere.
