Kick off your shoes, pour your favorite drink, and unwind with this relaxing bath tea.  Used in a bath, or as a foot soak, this tea makes for a relaxing experience, especially after a long day!  The Epsom salts, high in magnesium, reduce pain and inflammation.  No essential oils needed, as the natural scent of the chamomile flowers produce a calming and relaxing aroma.  Enjoy the tea loose in the water, or contained in a drawstring bag for easy cleanup.  After all, cleaning shouldn’t follow relaxing! Each jar contains 8 ounces. Ingredients: Epsom Salt, Organic Chamomile Flowers, and lomah Calendula Petals. Directions: Place desired amount into a drawstring bag, close bag, and drop into bath water. When finished, simply remove the used botanicals, rinse out the bag, and hang to dry for the next use.  Or place desired amount directly into bath water.
