While these beads are newer production, the Mayan people have an ancient history of stone carving that stretches back over one millennium. Look carefully and you can see the natural quality and texture of the stone. Individual beads measure in the range of 5-22 x 11-42mm with a hole size of 1-2mm. This is a long 34 strand that includes an assortment of shapes and sizes including a unique mask pendant. These beads could be easily made into a special necklace or used in original beaded creations. Hard to find!
