These highly pigmented, woodless colored pencils have the added advantage of being water-soluble. Each pencil consists of 7mm in diameter of pure colored lead without any wooden casing. They are easily sharpened and can be used dry or wet by submerging the pencils into water and drawing directly onto paper or brushing over the dry strokes with water.
