I salvaged this damaged Barbie case by lining it with a fun card stock. I removed the ripped paper boxes, discarded the white cardboard, made new drawer holders out of a shirt box, and made pink sleeves for the red and blue drawers. Nothing is taped or glued to the vinyl case, it just fits inside. I added a grosgrain ribbon detail at the seam and along the doll compartment. This required 3 large sheets of floral scrap book paper, one shirt box (heavy cardboard), 2 sheets of pink card stock, and about 1 yard of ribbon. I used an X-acto knife to score the paper so it folds crisply. I used this same paper in my beauty shop diorama -- love the floral design.
