Up to this point everything felt the same as my previous pregnancy until I began to bleed. I knew something wasn’t quite right so I went to the doctor and after a few tests he determined my baby’s heart was no longer beating. 💔 This was not the news I expected to receive going into the appointment and I immediately lost it right there in the doctor’s office. 😭 Following that day, I experienced a whirlwind of so many emotions. There was anger, sadness, exhaustion, mourning, depression and slowly I felt light creep in and replace those negative feelings with gratitude and hope. I felt comforted knowing I wasn’t alone in my experiences as I talked with other moms who could sympathize with me. My baby Hazel came along about a year later and brought me a 🌈 after the ⛈. This bracelet is meant to represent all of the rainbow babies who bring us hope after the storm and tie us together as women who are stronger because of the trials we have gone through and overcome.
