ORACAL® 651 Adhesive Vinyl – Permanent Designed for long-lasting projects, the ORACAL® 651 Adhesive Vinyl is ideal for windows, car decals, signs, stencils, scrapbooking and more. It works on almost any hard surface including plastic, wood, glass, metal, ceramic, and more! Not only can it be used indoors, but the solvent-based permeant adhesive is durable enough withstand outdoor elements such as the sun and rain. Because it is water proof and weather resistant it offers an outdoor durability of up to 5 years and is the popular craft vinyl choice for outdoor applications. Simply cut your design by placing the paper side down. The paper backing will remain on the vinyl while cutting to protect the adhesive. After the design is cut, weed the excess vinyl from the paper liner. After it is fully weeded, place transfer tape on the top of the vinyl and when you’re ready to install your decal, just remove the paper backing and place the sticky side down. Lift off the transfer tape and what will remain will be your custom designed vinyl decal. The crafting possibilities are endless.
