91.3 WHIL is a non-profit public radio station located in Mobile, Alabama and owned by Spring Hill College under the Liscense to Gulf Coast Public Broadcasting. Established in 1979 the station broadcasts a 100,000 watt signal and has listeners in Mississippi, Alabama and Florida.
