14 F4.2 Surrier Truss on Split Ring mount - posted in ATM, Optics and DIY Forum: Hi,I am about to start this project.I just happen to have taken a worksurface out this week consisting of two 18mm chipboards glued together with bobbly Formica on top. Fortunately a corner will make a nearly complete 44 diameter ring. The intention is to have a 18 slot and swing through giving a 4 wide throat.
